Audatex Connectivity Issue
Resolved - Resolved

The intermittent issues affecting Audatex image exports have now been resolved and the service is operating normally.

Some users may need to re-sync their Audatex credentials. If you experience any further issues exporting images, please go to:

Settings → Application Links → Solera Audatex → Edit → Test

Clicking Test will re-sync your credentials.

If you continue to experience any issues after completing the above steps, please contact our support team.
